I know but i couldnt find any info about the z32 bushes. The 2 i ordered are simply to see if they might fit and if they do i will buy some more.

@gt4rce how did you go ? did they fit ?

I had a crack on the lathe today, but it was like 45degC inside the workshop. I got almost 1 done, not hard to turn to shouldn't be hard to make a few. I want to get a set of shifter rods to confirm fitment before i can say they'd fit.

    CozzmO, you are the man!

How about a few pics of the lathe and the master at work.

    Cheers.

    Update on request.

These bushes are as rare as hen's teeth now. But some are out there.

Look to UK Sunny's and USA Sentra's.

It is Nissan part # 34112-J8000

Looks like there are two in New Zealand. You could contact the seller as they did not sell.

And, at a hunch, these might do the job:

Thanks for the info Phil. I've only just done some more chasing and after speaking to a dealer at Jarretts Nissan in SA (who had 1 singular bushing) and he advised me that Nissan did make something really similar.

    34139-30P00

That part number is the shifter bushing for a 300ZX and should work. However I just ordered one of the links you listed as I figured it was cheap enough to take a gamble on the whole kit.

Did anyone end up trying out the 300zx shifter bushing (part # 34139-30P00) and see if they are good replacements for the 4 bushes in bolt 22 & nut 27 in diagram pic earlier in posts?

Does anyone have a Nissan part number for the bushes 20 and rod 21?

I have the bushes but no car to try them on.

Guy selling a set of original discontinued ones for $50 on Facebook

EDIt: just spent 45 mins trying to find the bushes to no avail. I had planned to just start 3D printing them if I got some to take measurements of.

Thanks again for your quick reply Cozzmo. Yes I saw the add after looking over this site late last night and the sell is sending me a set out tomorrow.
Thank you for the other part numbers also.

His price is just stupid, but the measurements previous in this thread aren't accurate enough to make a bushing. I have a 3D printer now days so if i get some accurate measurements i'd be able to print some bushings pretty easily that will be better than flogged out 20 year old ones for a couple of bucks each maximum.

    Found my 300ZX ones.
Main difference I can see is the step before the lip and it doesn’t have the angled edge but I don’t think that really matters for fitment.

If you can take some accurate caliper measurements of your set i'd gladly compare with these ones (which are still available).

Hi All. Was thinking about this thread some days ago. As the Red Jett (145,000) does about 1,500 yearly, all will be well for me.

An important thread this has been, for a much sort after part.

    Cheers . . .

I have pulled a bushing from and N16 setup I have here and the 300ZX bushes didn’t fit. So I’ll have to get an N15 linkage and compare it but I suspect the N15/16 is going to be the same size.

Well, I would not have thought of the change to s2. Yes, the bushings on the Red Jett require a brass metal joiner. Then try to make one out of these, for example:

    Good luck.
