    After nearly 29 years, the Red Jett is off to the Fountain of Youth.

    Hey Dudes,

    Red Jett now with new suspension bushes front and back and new strut dampers, including top strut bearings, is off for a facial.

    May cost $3-5 grand, but it will be a 'classic' in one more year. Might donate it to a car museum. Or sell it for $13,000

    Going to see these guys. I'll keep ya posted.

    Update.

    Quoted $7,500 for full re-spray, including black bits. A bit of rust removal, dents fixed, bumpers renewed, doors back to gap tolerance, rear hatch rattle fixed, engine bay redone, front cold air ram intake replaced, etc. Also new OEM SSS badges.

    Yup, I’m going to do it. I am most likely the last one owner of a N14 SSS Oz. Spec.

    Why not? Going into The Panel Shop for two weeks. These dudes are renown for restorations.
