Its all liquid gasket between the two halves, there is an o-ring under the end cap cover, but pretty much just reuse the o-ring and goo the crap out of it and you'll be fine.

I wouldn't touch the original paint if i was you, unless its in a bad state. Original paint, on an original car will be worth a lot more, but your car and you're not likely to sell so i guess do...
The only issue i have with these types of bushings over OEM is the maintenance required to keep them lubricated. Once the lubrication 'goes' the bushes bind and because they are much harder than OEM...
Next time it happens try and take a note of what you're doing at the time, what accessories are on, the conditions (hot, cold etc)
I used the factory RNN14 hardline, but many have used a flex hose, required just over 1M depending on how you route it and if you go direct to the slave or use the stock rubber hose on the slave.
Progress?
I have pulled a bushing from and N16 setup I have here and the 300ZX bushes didn’t fit. So I’ll have to get an N15 linkage and compare it but I suspect the N15/16 is going to be the same size.
Found my 300ZX ones.
Main difference I can see is the step before the lip and it doesn’t have the angled edge but I don’t think that really matters for fitment.
If you can take some accurate...
His price is just stupid, but the measurements previous in this thread aren't accurate enough to make a bushing. I have a 3D printer now days so if i get some accurate measurements i'd be able to...
#20 is a bush, #21 is a crush tube not a bushing as such

Yeh just swap the speedo sensor over and that’s all.
It will never be what it once was despite the guy having the data at he won’t ever give it up.
GTI-R slave is useless, you need an N16 slave for this along with the ~10mm spacer plate that goes between the gearbox and the slave cylinder.
I used RNN14 master and pedal personally.
The...
Is there any particular part that you’re having trouble with ?
Jack the car up and look for paint cracking on the black painted metal suspension components.
Never gonna sell it are you ?
Case halves are gasket goo / silicone rtv only. Run a thin bead around the lip on the inner edge of each of the bolt holes to seal it. Don’t use too much and give it 24 hours to cure before you put...
Anything that is cracked really. I only replace when there is visible issues otherwise you'd be refreshing them way too often. Nothing beats OEM quality either, no matter what the aftermarket says...
Its not a linear difference.
Fuel pumps need to be tested under pressure. Its pretty pointless pumping into a jar. All that will confirm is if its totally rat **** if it can't pump some fuel with no pressure on it.
yeh that's the messy messy messy way to do it.
1. 10mm long socket under the hand brake lever in the car.
2. you need to twist them back into place. use the right tool or a set of needle nose pliers. makes sure you run a flat blade non-sharp...
Make sure your plug is orientated correctly according to the video.
what happens when your friends scan tool is connected? it can't connect? maybe there is a wiring issue or the connection inside...
The one with the trim pot on the board next to the LED is the japanese GTI-R type, but to know its a GTI-R the only way is to hook it up to a car and ID the ECU with a consult cable.
I would seriously consider the mounting the filter block to a bracket off the chassis and NOT off the gearbox as it will be subject to vibration from the motor as it is now and that’s not what you...
