In future please don't remove content from ads after they're no longer required. It removes history of the item (which may be needed by either party at a later date) and the price which others might use to gauge the market.
Under Thread Tools (or somewhere around there) you should be able to mark the thread as Sold (which also closes the thread too).
I didn't sell it on here so why would it matter.
Because maybe the new owner (or the owner after that) might be on here and wants some history on the car? I did it a couple of times on the old forum. That's one of the purposes of a forum over everything else - information is built up over time.
