N14 Brake Upgrade Questions

Hi there, I will be upgrading the brakes on my N14 SSS. I have N16 front hubs with R33 GTST front calipers. For the rears i will be using GTIR rears with A32 Maxima carriers. Also will be using Custom HEL braided lines.

I am asking if the N15 15/16 master cylinder will bolt on as I do not have abs and if not is there any other options?

I have seen Tims build and want to use the exact setup he has for his rears. However I am unsure how he managed to fit the Focus ST170 rotors. I know you need to re drill the rotors and bore out thw center bore but he mentioned that the rotors may need a skim and possibly reduce the diameter of them but he didn't mention if he needed to or not. Also he said he used some spacers for the calipers to center the caliper over the rotor but he also didn't mention the size of those.

Any help would be much appreciated.
