Discontinued from Nissan, it's a common problem.
Most get a custom hose made up from Enzed or Pirtek or something. Around the $200+ mark
I just had Pirtek in Sydney make a hose for a GTI-R, $135, good looking job. Haven't fitted it yet. They orientated the ends so that they bolt straight on, no twisting or that. Take your old one in, they cut the fittings off and redo.
not sure if you've sourced one or whatever but i do have an n15 sss PS pump with high pressure line attached if you are interested.. located near you
