The last full dyno tune-up I did on the Red Jett was 2008.

So taking it to these dudes and going to get a new chip set to replace the old ChipTorque unit. Then dyno tune and see the results.

Chip is a NIStune Type 3 board.

Check it out:

keep ya posted.

Hi Cozzm0,

I will do that, and why do you suggest?

The dudes at M1Tuning want to see the CPU before they do anything. I'll take it out off the Red Jett and
show them next week.

Also, before I do, I'll do a 0-100 time check. If it's near 7 seconds, I prolly won't ever bother.

Just for prosperity sake more than anything, and its your chip, you own it, why give it to them. Probably cost you a pretty penny back in the day, and also probably means they don't need to do anything to put a nistune into the ecu, just remove the old board and slam the Nistune in.

It did cost a pretty penny back then, I remember. 2004.

Tks pal.

Phil.
