Hi all, first post here. We've had an N15 Pulsar for a few years now, and it's due for new front brake pads. I've changed pads a few times over the years, so I'm pretty comfortable with the procedure. Just wanted to confirm, before I get stuck into it, what size the bolts are to dismantle the callipers to get the pads in and out? Just want to make sure I have the right size(s) in my socket set. I got caught several years back when doing my old Mazda 2, and it was an odd size that wasn't in my kit.

Thanks in advance for your help :)

12mm Socket on the Caliper if you are swinging them open.
14mm Socket if you are removing the Caliper from the hub.
10mm Socket if you are even going to remove the brake line from the Caliper because you love the full bench service/inspection and are happy to re-bleed.

Hey Pal, do your rotors also. They are cheap.

Thanks very much for your help. I got the pads swapped out, and the car is stopping nicely now. I didn’t go so far as to bleed the brake system and replace the fluid, but all seems to be good, at least for now.
