    2000 N15 OBD port

I've got myself a dash cam which came with an OBD 2 cable to power the device. I could use the cigarette lighter power adapter but I use that for charging my phone. I've managed to find (what I think is) the Nissan proprietary port underneath the dash. How far back do I have to trace the Nissan cable behind the dash to find where it converts to OBD connector? Or does the 2000 N15 not have one? If so, excluding the cig lighter option, how else can I power the cam that doesn't involve ripping out the dash?

2000 N15 is OBD I, not II. Fog light plug behind dash dimmer, its bundled up with the dash loom, just need to find the 12V pin in it and go to town, but the fuse tap above is probably the easiest method.
