E85 Conversion Guide?
G'day PGA, are there any how to or write ups on converting the n15 to E85, (trying to pass emissions testing) What lines will need to be replaced, if any? also suited injector sizing for around 200kw.
thank you.

bosch-style 1000cc injectors should be enough for 200kw on E85. but you're still side feed injectors? might be worth converting to top feed due to the price/availability of side-feeds.
If you dont already have a fuel pressure regulator, get one. fit a pressure gauge to it too, dont want to be guessing if the pump can handle it. 250L/h pump might be enough... 300+ are a similar price
Highly recommend installing a quality 10micron filter before the rail, make sure its E85 safe. Lots of people have had issues with mysterious gunk, clogged filters and build-ups with E85 (inside tank, inside injector, inside filters).
Replacing feed + return lines in engine bay, replacing feed + return lines in fuel tank. Obviously make sure the in-tank lines are submersible type, and order at least 1.5m because it'll need to have decent length inside the tank to get the cradle out easily.
