    Bluebird seats into n15

Was at wreckers over the weekend searching for a seat bracket for my car and quickly checked inside a bluebird to see if it would be suitable... its bracket wasnt what i needed but i found something else: a REALLY nice plush cushiony comfortable interior.

Breif look at the way the seats were mounted it looked like you might be able to fit bluebird seats in a n15 pulsar.

Edit: absolutely no chance of fitting the rear seat.

Photos of how the rails fit in their respective cars

    Pulsar front Driver side.

    Pulsar rear driver side.

    Bluebird front driver side.

    Bluebird rear driver side.

First up trying to fit the bluebird seat in on its standard rails. Outer rail is wrong Wrong width, far too high.
    Inner rail fits.

The inner rails cannot be changed but from what i can see the bluebird inners fit pretty well in pulsar.

Outer rails come off with two 12mm bolts. Pay special attention to how the bar between the rails is orientated. Twist it and it wont work.

Swap over the outer rails. Put the joining bar on the rail before bolting it back up.

Shove it in there and lets see how it fits.
    Rears are happy.

    Still problem with outer front.

Passanger side was the same. Except it ends up with two handles when you swap the rail over lol.

You can force the seat to fit the front outer but that means the rear inner wont fit.

Maybe its worth trying other seat rails see if i can find one that works with the front mount.
