SR20de conversion
Sorry guys i know its probably been asked a million times. But how easy is it for a n/a to be converted? Ive been doing some thinking instead of selling my n14 SSS ive gunna try and do a conversion. Whats the best way to go about it and roughly how much??
Cheers, Aaron

You failed to mention what you want to convert it to?
Forced induction? Wanna spend over $5k and break gearboxes?
VQ35DE? Has been done - both east/west and north/south versions - tricky
Search through the SR20 forum (google will do it for you) - heaps of info there
You need to hook up with a workshop who can/will do the work
Get them to lay out a plan and price
What other people paid is irrelevant
They may have had knowledge and skills that saved them a lot of money

you can turbo the existing motor or do an engine swap
here is a DIY with a GTiR engine

Depends on what your goals are?
If youre not planning on pushing it very hard then just +T it, run less than 10 psi and youre good to go.

What would i get kw wise running 10psi?? What would i need to gather to make it a +T? Or am i better off just doing a swap?

Not sure what power you would make, just keep it under 160fwkws and you should be ok (until your clutch goes).
you'll need (at a minimum)
turbo manifold
turbo plus oil (and possibly water) lines
custom dump pipe + exhaust
probably a good idea to run larger injectors and fuel pump (especially if going E85)
intercooler + piping
ECU
The benefit of engine swap is you could run the motors stock ECU, injectors, MAF which would save coin in those areas, plus some stuffing around. but more specific parts to find (and all secondhand)
im sure theres other stuff ive missed.
