Engine seems to miss or starve

Hey guys, just looking for info and can't seem to find any regarding a certain issue my partners car has. Just the other day out of the blue the car started to intermittently shudder and hesitate, sometimes minor and other times fairly rough to the point I was worried it'd stall. So far I've only managed to check the spark plugs, I'm suspecting fuel delivery issue though being a bad filter or pump, there was a code p1574 pulled from it which I'm having trouble finding much info on so far. What other things should I look for which could cause a car to run fine then rough to the point of almost stalling after some driving

Yeah, few years ago now, from memory the car had a bum spark plug seized in the top, had that replaced and replaced the speed sensor in the gearbox. Further symptoms of speed sensor was the cruise light on the dash flashing, cruise control malfunctioned and car occasionally went into limp mode and only drove in one gear
