More trivia dear friends. But hey, why not?


Took the Red Jett for a trip to the bottle shop. A young dude was walking out when he saw the Red Jett and went off his face with delight. He had had a beat up SSS for 12 months. He told me he has never seen a mint condition red one, and on the conversation went.

Then on the way home I stopped in at the Nook & Kranny Café on the notorious Beechmont Road, Gold Coast Hinterland. These two dudes pulled up in bikes and then walked all around the Red Jett ogling. I said Hi, and showed them the cabin and engine bay. They had once had Skylines’ with RB25DE engines, but a few of their friends once had Silvia’s, etc with SR20’s.

So the Red Jett got a good public reception this day out.
