All electronics not working

Car sat for 1-2 months, come back and no electronics work.

Car starts fine, front and ash lights work but brake lights and indicators do not. ALL other electronics do not work.

Check battery voltage, 12.5-12.6V (low I know), with jumper leads it reads 13.6V and still no dice.

Visually inspected every fuse under the hood and inside and all are fine.

I checked the grounds near the drivers side fuse/relay box under the hood and the ground near the thermostat housing and all read 12.5V which makes me think the links are ok...

Any ideas?

Aaaand it was the 75A battery fusible link -_- Which I had checked already!!
