If the CV Shaft nut has come loose for any amount of time it will have eaten the bearing i rekon. Tighten it back up and see how you go but budget for a new bearing at least.

Then based on the Info you have given me I can only assume that the 2nd plug has oil on it due to the tube seal leaking, and that the 3rd and 4th plug are getting oil on them due to unwanted oil...
