i found it really hard to find any info let alone a article. im going to build my own rig and get accurate suspension, to dial it in

Indeed - there is very little documentation on this topic
After you bend the rear beam it would pay to check it every 3 months - do that 3 times - they have a habit of bending back to their original configuration
You won't want those front alignment settings for the street - they are track settings
(And as usual they didn't say if the toe is per side or total)

i agree too aggressive for the street my car is 100% track, i didn't think they would spring back, it get a wheel alignment before nearly every event anyway so not much of a problem for me but the street guys should take note of that

Bending back has happened to a few guys in the Pulsar Challenge which is now APRA
(Don't know the reason, not bend enough or on track abuse or accidents)
So your car is a dedicated track car, in that case -3 deg front camber may not be enough, what tyres are you using?

Only 200 r spec to keep in street class, I agree with camber I'm running about 3 now ( depending on track ) but would like to run 4<>5 at lakeside

Somewhere in that range (4 to 5) you should find the sweet spot
Also need to find the sweet spot for tyre pressure

Also get the Whiteline bushes for the front/lower control arm
Make sure the rear bush is the castor correction version
It will give you 1 degree more castor but more importantly it will remove a lot of compliance, so the overall castor benefit is greater

I have all the bushes done up front including castor correction(castor is king) think in going to get the castor and camber top hats aswell

Do the camber at the strut bolt holes - so much more effective range than at the top
With the top hat - max castor (so if it only does castor that's fine)

Hmmm, eccentric bolts? They were originally called crash bolts - used to fix the alignment on crashed/bent cars
They can rotate when hammering curbs etc

i always set my camber pins at the "max camber" setting so its was less likely to slip. Only ever had them slip once. Fine tune adjust the camber at the strut top.
