Do you actually mean a real race seat with a 6 point harness or just street bucket seats like Recardo's?

Recardo's and other street seats use a custom rail

Race seats are normally custom mounted and can't be easily/legally used with a retractable seat belt

Was thinking one of the street/race spec SAAS seats. Will be using the car for rally events, but don't need to go full race seat atm. Do the custom rails for the street seats require much work to fit?

They are ADR compliant for the street (but are not FIA certified for racing)
Here is a youtube video showing fitting a rail for that sort of seat

Awesome. I literally just purchased 2 SAAS race style seats for $100 with rails on them already. Good condition too. Because it has the rails on already, hopefully it makes it easier!

The universal rails don't line up the the pulsar mounts. Is there anywhere I can get a bracket? Are there any other options?

Bride rails are a good option but they arent cheap

Yeah they are like $300 each. Car is worth 1k so can't really justify spending that. Are there any other options?

Not really many shortcuts to making them fit. Easiest way would be taking them to someone who can fabricate up what ever needs to be done to fit them properly.

I have the Bride rails and they're a bit meh. designed for side-mount seats, its pretty much useless for bottom mount.
